Peppermint

Peppermint essential oils are known to lessen symptoms of sore muscles and headaches. Alternative to peppermint, some other massage oils which can work well with this include eucalyptus, balsam fir, and rosemary. Peppermint oil can be very motivating and invigorating to mind and body.

Orange

Orange essential oils are similar to grapefruit essential oils in that they can be calming while also being energizing and improving mood. That said, not all people enjoy citrus essential oils. It can smell like cleaning chemicals to some, because it’s so often used for this purpose. Regardless, those who use orange for their essential oils massage will reap some amazing benefits.
